La Paz, 7 de diciembre (ANF).- Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift y Weeknd tienen las principales nominaciones en la 58 edición de los Premios Grammy 2016 que se llevará a cabo el 15 de febrero próximo. La lista con 83 categorías fue difundida hoy por la Academia de Grabación de Estados Unidos.
El disco “To Pimp a Butterfly” del rapero Lamar ya fue elegido por las principales revistas de crítica musical como de lo mejor del año 2015. Ahora también está nominado a mejor álbum del año junto con “1,989” de Seift y “Beauty Behind the Madness” de Weeknd, que se enfrentarán contra “Traveller” de Chris Stapleton y “Sound & Color” de Alabama Shakes.
“Alright” de Lamar y “Black Space” de Swift están nominados también para canción del año y tienen que luchar contra el tema “See You Again” de Wiz Khalifa y Charlie Puth, “Thinking out Loud” de Ed Sheeran y “Girl Crush” de Little Big Town.
Los nominados a la grabación del año incluyen nuevamente a “Black Space” de Swift, “Thinking out Loud”, de Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, “Uptown Funk”, de Weeknd además de “Can't Feel My Face” y “Really Love” de D'Angelo and The Vanguard.
Los que compiten en la categoría de mejor artista nuevo son Meghan Trainor, Tori Kelly, James Bay, Sam Hunt y Courtney Barnett.
